ARE YOU PREPARED?

That is a fair question. What is your answer? To what you may ask? That is a fair question too. There are lots of things we need to be prepared for. And sadly, most of us are not prepared. If banks shut down and you could not withdraw money … are you prepared? It grocery stores were closed or had empty shelves … are you prepared? Could you eat? Could you feed your family?

Banks nowadays pay very little interest so it is no big thing to withdraw money out of savings so you will have some if the need arises. Just don’t spend it!

There are food types and sources we can set aside which will feed us and our families should things fall apart. And “survival food” is readily obtainable with a 20 year shelf life.

We hear of our power grid being attacked and blackouts occurring putting us in perilous times … in the primitive dark ages.

These are very real and certainly possible scenarios we could face. An ounce of prevention is still worth a pound of cure. It may not be easy to get prepared, but I think you will have to admit it is most important. These things I have spoke of are very important, but there are other things even more important.

The most important thing of all is the answer to this question … what have you done or will you do with Jesus? 2 Timothy 3:15 says …”and how from childhood you have been acquainted with the sacred writings, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus.” Yes, the bible is able to save us … to lead us to the salvation found only in Jesus. Now is the time to take action. Now is the time to get saved. Don’t procrastinate … don’t delay … don’t put it off. Tomorrow may be too late. You may not have a tomorrow and your fate may be sealed. Call on the Name of Jesus while He may be found. You can’t save yourself.

Now I ask you … are you prepared?
