Remember those words? Hillary made them popular only she added “at this point in time”. Since she was so evil and heartless she was also clueless. She no doubt truly thought and felt that way. Well, she and her husband and their partners in crime are past history now. They certainly are convinced of the truth now. But I am not here to write about her or any of them.

Tomorrow is Easter Sunday. As I sit here at my computer my thoughts are what difference this day in history made and continues to make. It was the day … the time … when God died that I and others might have life … eternal life. That doesn’t happen every day. Thankfully it happened once and once is all it needed to happen. And it did need to happen. We would all be hell bound otherwise. Instead of all of us it is just now most of us are hell bound. Easter is Resurrection Day … the day Jesus was resurrected from the dead. It was the day of total victory over death and the grave.

Have you taken advantage of it … what happened that day upon that cross? Or did Jesus suffer in vain in your life? Was what He did of no importance to you or does it affect your life considerably. You know time is divided up between B.C. and A.D. … before and after that first Easter Day. That is how important it is in the entire world we live in. Have you ever thought about that? It is really something if we do think of/on it. But for most people they probably never give it a thought.

The reason that day … that event is used to divide time as we know it is because of what happened that day. It was possibly the greatest miracle ever known to man. Jesus didn’t stay dead. He rose from the dead. There has never been any other religious leader that can be said of. All of their bodies are still in their graves. But Jesus … He’s Alive!

Yes, Jesus is alive and well. You won’t find His body decaying in any grave. He lives in the hearts of men and women … boys and girls. He is alive forever more.

And what could be more fitting than to have it originate from Jerusalem?

For much of my life in the U.S. two most popular holidays were Easter and Thanksgiving. As time passed that changed. Do you know what they are now? Halloween and Superbowl Sunday. What a sad testimony!

Here is a new Easter song. Easter was a sacrifice that changed everything. Indeed He took our place. We are guilty while He was completely innocent. Of course, it took His innocent blood to satisfy the requirement to pay the price for our sin.

Yes, it was the blood of the Savior, Jesus, that made it possible for us to be forgiven of our sin. Nothing but the blood!!!!! Without the blood we would have no hope. Like millions of others I am telling you He is alive. I can and I do testify to this.
