I have mentioned this subject matter (the rapture or removal of the Church … God’s people) a few times before in my writings. Pastor David Jeremiah, who used to pastor here in Fort Wayne, IN before moving out to California, has a video entitled The Great Disappearance. It is an important forthcoming event as the truth will be withheld from earth’s inhabitants. Instead everyone will be lied to as they don’t want the truth to be known. I am talking about how the disappearance of all these people will be handled.

You can bet they will have some excuse made up which they will use and people will believe. Here is another video about the rapture of the church.

Yes, it will be a great reunion in the sky. Meanwhile life on earth will change considerably. There is now a restraining force on this earth and that restraining force is what is keeping the anti-Christ from being revealed. Dr. Jeremiah speaks of this restraining force. I personally believe it is the church made up of individual believers all of whom possess the Holy Spirit. Some believe that the Holy Spirit is the restraining force and when God’s people are removed from the earth the Holy Spirit will be removed. I don’t believe that will happen because people will be saved during the time following the rapture and in order for a person to get saved it requires the involvement of the Holy Spirit. Yes, the rapture of the church is on the soon to happen agenda. Then all hell breaks loose when the anti-Christ is no longer restrained and makes his appearance. He will come on the scene as a god-send with the ability to bring peace and have the answers to the world’s problems and so he will be welcomed with open arms. Remember that Satan is a great deceiver and can readily fool and trick nearly everyone. People will readily support him at first, but in time he will show his true colors. And any discerning person will realize that he is evil incarnate and want nothing to do with him. However, he will have things set up so that it is necessary to receive his Mark (the Mark of the Beast) upon your body in order to eat and conduct any commerce. It will be impossible to survive otherwise. There will be people in hiding. There will be people stealing in desperation. Life will be very difficult, especially for those who don’t go along with the plan. And all who do go along are assured to going to hell. Refusing to go along will result in being beheaded.
