The bible, also called the Holy Scriptures, is no ordinary book. It is actually an instruction book for man … an owner’s manual, if you will. It literally tells us everything we need to know … about ourselves, this world we live in, about God and about the future. About 34 % of the bible is about prophecy … the foretelling or forth-telling of the future … what is going to happen. Prophecy must be pretty important for God to dedicate one third of the bible to it. Over 90 % of bible prophecy has already been fulfilled. The 10 percent which is left is known as End Time Prophecy. Some people think it is scary and  prefer to stay away from it. But that does no good. What is written will come to pass in God’s timing and purpose. It effects every one of us. There is no escaping it.

God is a good God. He did not give us prophecy to scare or frighten us. He gave us prophecy to prepare us so that we can prepare and be prepared for what is coming. God is our Creator and we are accountable to Him. He made us and He owns us. Try as we might we will all answer to Him. We can try to ignore Him and His Word, the bible, but at the end of this life we will face Him in judgement. And I fore warn you … it is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God. 

God is just and fair. We can choose to ignore and reject Him or we can call on Him asking for His mercy and forgiveness of our sin and failures … our rebellion against Him. He will take us by the hand and lead us thru this life unto the next life which is eternal life. Every one has eternal life. It is just a matter of where you will spend it. Again we have a choice. And we are the only one who can make that choice. And we will be accountable for that choice.

Getting back to bible prophecy, as I said, all that is left is end time prophecy. Now is the time to get saved. You don’t want to procrastinate (delay) it. The simple truth is it is a lot easier to live for God now than it will be in the Last Days. Satan, the devil, will be ruling over earth for a season and life will be difficult and dangerous. You would likely starve to death if you live long enough. If you refuse the Mark of the Beast and call upon God to save you you can be saved but it will literally cost your your head as Satan thru the anti-Christ and the Beast will hunt you down and behead you if you don’t renounce Jesus in your life. And if you renounce Jesus you are doomed to hell.

Does that sound like something you want to go thru? Don’t put off getting saved. Those who choose Jesus now have the promise of God that He will remove His people from the earth prior to that very last period of time when the devil appears as the anti-Christ. God tells in His Word that He has not appointed His children to His wrath. Those last 7 years known as the Great Tribulation will be for that purpose … to pour out His wrath on those who rejected Him and His salvation. Yes, God gave us prophecy to prepare us. What will you do with Jesus? The very next end time prophecy to be fullfilled is the rapture of the church where God removed His people for the earth. Millions of people all over the world will suddenly disappear. The is no other bible prophecy that has to be fulfilled first before the rapture can happen. Everything is coming together just as prophesied.
