We live in interesting times. No matter what is going on God’s Word is still applicable. That is true thruout history. Nowadays we have a group of conservatives known as the Right and liberals are referred to as Left. Have you ever wondered how this came about? There is no need to look any farther than God’s Word which always has the answer.
Ecclesiastes chapter 10 verse two states “A wise man’s heart directs him toward the right, but the foolish man’s heart directs him toward the left.” Yes Right is always right and Left is always wrong. Right is good and Left is evil. And it is a battle of good vs evil. And those who choose to dwell in darkness hate the light. Jesus said of Himself, “I am the Way, the Truth and the Life. No one comes to the Father except thru Me.” And Jesus further said of Himself, “I am the Light of the world.” He lights up our pathway so that we don’t have to walk in darkness and uncertainty.

When I was in the Navy I sometimes walked along the outside of the ship at night in total darkness. It was dangerous and scary. I could not see a thing and had to feel my way along as I walked trying to find the door to go inside of the ship. While walking along outside in total darkness I could have easily been suddenly swept overboard by a rogue wave and no one would even know about it until the next morning when everyone was accounted for each new day.

In life it is much the same. In the physical world we live in it may be daylight, but spiritually we may be walking in total darkness. We may succeed in going all thru our life in that darkness, but eventually and assuredly that rogue wave will have our name on it and take us overboard facing what comes next. What comes next? God’s Word is very clear on that as well. “He who believes and trusts in the Son and accepts Him [as Savior] has eternal life [that is, already possesses it]; but he who does not believe the Son and chooses to reject Him, [disobeying Him and denying Him as Savior] will not see [eternal] life, but [instead] the wrath of God hangs over him continually.” (John 3:36 Amplified Bible)

BTW, I looked at the end of the book (the Bible) and good wins! Sadly most people align themselves with evil and walk in darkness as they reject God and His Word and His gift of salvation. And hell is ever enlarging to accept all those who are going there.
