Did you know you have a choice? That is right. You can and do choose whether to be blessed of God or cursed by Him. Need proof? It is simple enough. We reap what we sow. And God has made promises, guarantees, warnings, etc. He has even told us to put Him to the test so that we will see Him do such and such if we simply obey Him.

Right now as I compose this Israel has struck a heavy blow against Iran, particularly their nuclear program. The United States under the leadership of Donald Trump is helping Israel to defend herself against Iran’s attempt at firing missiles into Tel Aviv, Israel. That pleases me greatly as that pleases God greatly. It means that the U.S. has put itself into position to be blessed of God as He has said that He will bless the nation that blesses Israel. Meanwhile God is keeping tabs and knows what is going on. Russia and China have both aligned themselves with Iran and thus they are cursed.

This blessing and cursing connected to Israel not only applies to nations, but it also applies to individual people. There is a lot of hatred in this world toward Israel and the Jewish people. Have you ever wondered why? People who hate or are indifferent toward God usually hold the same attitude and position toward His people. Both Jews and Christians are God’s Chosen People. When such an attitude is held by people they curse themselves. It is their choice!

We live in a world with corruption and greed. Governments demand high taxes from those who pay taxes. In the U.S. we have several hidden taxes bringing the percentage paid way there to to 50, 60 % or more. Most people pay those taxes. They may not be happy about it but they pay them. Governments then have the obligation and do certain things in our lives. Some do a much better job of it than others. From those who have claimed to be a follower of God He has asked His people to give Him a minimum of ten percent of our income. That is a whole lot less than what most governments require of us. I said that God asks His people to give back unto Him 10 %. That is not exactly true as He commands it of us.

The really good news is if we obey Him we get a special blessing for doing so. And He even tells us to test Him in this … to give Him His tithe (10 %) and see what He will do. That is a pretty good deal. We give Him ten percent and He allows us to keep 90 %. And the really neat part of it is He promises to meet our needs … whatever they are. My wife and I can say He truly does meet our every need. It has been said that we can’t outgive God and I truly believe that.

Yes, there are great blessings in obeying God and a definite curse upon us if we don’t obey Him. Choose you this day Whom you will serve. Time is running out.

Ezekiel 38 is quite near … Russia, Iran and Turkey will attack Israel. Guess who wins.

Armageddon is coming. Those who attack Israel will experience their bloodshed in total defeat with a depth of reaching horses bridles. The Holy Scriptures proclaim that messing with Israel is like poking your finger in God’s eye.

Yes, sadly it is prophesied. It is going to happen.
