It is well known and agreed that America is a superpower and the world leader among nations. America leads the way in almost every area. Our military has the highest and best in technology. Iran is finding that out. But what makes America a superpower? Is it anything we did or can do as far as our own ability? It would easy to boast of ourselves but it would also be foolish and dangerous. God has said in His Word that “Pride always comes before a fall”. No, what is the truth is the fact that this nation was founded on our recognition and reliance upon Almighty God. It is prayer that is our superpower.

Yes, prayer to God is the key to our power. We can not and dare not try to claim anything other than God and His Power. Yes, we have high tech weapons, but only because God has enabled us to develop them.

With the many blessings He has bestowed upon us, He expects us to use what He has given us to be a blessing to this entire world. He tells us “To whom much is given, much is required”. As with individuals He raised us up that we can stand on mountains and walk on stormy seas. We have always been a Christian nation … right from the very start. The devil has had a field day with America, but his days are nearly over. America is coming back strong. We have a President who loves America and her people. He is working intensely hard to Make America Great Again. He prays every day and in the White House there is prayer and worship going on daily as well.

On May 17 President Trump has promised to lead us in a movement to “rededicate” America back to God. No other President in our nation’s history has ever done this. I am so proud of our President.

That being said it is all important that we the people do our part. God’s Word is very clear … “If My people will humble themselves and pray, turn from their wicked ways (repent) and call on His Name, He will hear from Heaven and heal our land”. Right now America sure needs healing. We are a divided nation with half siding toward God (His principles and values) and the other half with Satan and all his evil ways. How sad! We can’t keep going like this. “A nation divided against itself will surely fall”. As the saying goes … be part of the solution, not part of the problem”. God will bless you for it.
