Back a few years before I got saved a young lady … a teenager … very early in her ministry wrote and recorded a song by that title. I have always remembered it. I was first introduced to her shortly after I got saved. And now I am a personal friend of hers which makes it extra special. Recently I have had the thought of being reunited with several people I knew that have already gone on to their heavenly reward. And yesterday I heard a beautiful song about a reunion in heaven. Anyway, here is a very young Nancy Honeytree singing her song, Heaven’s going to be a blast!

She has come a long way since those days and is known as The First Lady of the Jesus Movement Music. She was indeed, a pioneer. Here are the lyrics:

That song truly ministers to me. I was 30 years old when I got saved … almost 50 years ago. I have witnessed hundreds of souls pass from this life. I was not close in relationship with all of them, but many I can say I am looking forward to that grand reunion in heaven. Yes, heaven’s going to be a blast!

You can be a part of it. God has already invited you. He has already paid the admission price making it possible. There will be a lot of great people there. And you can believe that God knows how to throw a party! HEAVEN’S GOING TO BE A BLAST!
